Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Ambolt account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways.

In the app

Open Ambolt, go to Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and permanently.

By email

Email privacy@ambolt.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

Your account, every workout you logged (exercises, sets, reps, and sessions), and any profile details you entered. Deletion is permanent, subject only to routine backups that age out on a regular cycle.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are handled promptly.
